  Before the Delegation is called, I

just want to tell the honourable members that we have

finalised the programme to some extent. The Assembly will

sit up to 13th because, on the 14th we are laying the

foundation stone of National Assembly Building. So, it

would have been very inconvenient for the members if, after

the break on the 10th, the members would have gone; and if

they had not come to attend the ceremony, which is mostly

for the Members of the National Assembly, it would have

placed us in an awkward position. So upto 13th the
